This is Charles White’s irreverent version of the traditional symbol of Sagittarius, a centaur drawing a bow, from his Zodiac series. Here, he inserts a pop-culture element, transforming the lower part of the centaur’s body into that of a cartoon animal with donut- or mushroom-like feet.
