As the Soviet Union did not possess the technology to create the neutron bomb, it created an aggressive propaganda campaign against its development in the West, both at home and abroad. Images like this would have been seen throughout the U.S.S.R. and Comecon countries in an effort to warn citizens of the pending Western threat. According to the printing information in the bottom margin, thirty thousand copies of this poster were printed for distribution.
