This official poster for Kamala Harris’s 2020 presidential campaign, released in June 2019, features the highly graphic cross-hatching for which some of Tracie Ching’s work is known. Since 2011, in addition to alternative movie posters for cult classics, commercial art, covers for TIME and Newsweek, and key art for Disney, Netflix, and Marvel Studios, this independent illustrator has also produced designs for various social-justice and environmental campaigns. Among her other political works are those for the When We All Vote campaign, launched by Michelle Obama in 2018, and the inauguration poster for President Joe Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris in 2021.
