This is one of several posters promoting the Lackawanna Railroad with the characteristic verse but this time without the central female figure of Phoebe Snow. It shows a bird’s-eye view of the southern part of Manhattan and the bridges connecting it to other boroughs. On the left, an arrow points north to Buffalo from the line’s beaux-arts terminal in Hoboken, New Jersey, built in 1907.
