Glaser’s poster promoting the album Angel Alley by folk, classical, and blues guitarist Linda Cohen is another in a series of designs he made for Tomato, an independent record company that had been founded in the late 1960s under the name Poppy, and for which Glaser had also produced much material. After several name changes, the company finally became known as Tomato Music Company in 1978 (and later Tomato Records). Tglaser’s image of an angel lying facedown in a bleak landscape also featured on the album cover and the record was reissued in 1989.
